Salon Terms and Conditions
Booking and Reservations
- We accept both card and cash payment at the salon
- Please note that Amex payments are not accepted on our salon card machine.
- A non- refundable 50% deposit is required of all services.
- Deposits are non- refundable; however, you can conveniently cancel or reschedule online 48 hours before your appointment. Less than 48 hours your deposit will not be refundable, and you will be required to pay another deposit to book.
- if you have cancelled your appointment before 48 hours, please contact us through email contact@entwinedcurls.co.uk for the refund of your deposit as it’s not sent automatically through timely system.
- Do not bring guests unless you need assistance.

Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
- A last-minute cancellation your deposit will not be refundable.
- If you anticipate running late, kindly inform us by email or by text to our WhatsApp number : 07594 229753.
Please Note: We dot not answer calls as we work full time behind the chair.
Appointment Preparation for Curly Cut and Procedure
- To ensure a successful consultation during your appointment, we recommend the following hair prep:
- Arrive with your hair in it’s natural curl pattern - clean, detangled and completely dry.
- Do not straighten your hair. Wash it within three or five days before your appointment.
- Refrain from pulling your hair back into ponytails, Do not wear in a bun.
- If you coming for a curly cut, wear your hair down without any accessories.
-If you wear Hijab, you are fine to tie your hair up loosely.
-If you are unable to style your hair down, twists or any loose tie is ideal or brush your hair out.
-Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a prep/detangle fee.

Salon Colour Service Agreement
Before booking your colour appointment with us, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our salon colour services:
-Strand Test (For Clients with Previous Colour or New clients): Its important that you come in for a strand test at least 48 hours before your scheduled colour appointment.
This test helps us assess how your hair will react to the new colour formula and ensures the best possible results for your hair, align expectations and to make sure your hair is healthy to go through a colour treatment.
-Patch Test: For your safety and well-being, all new clients must undergo a patch test at least 48 hours before their first colour appointment with us or if there has been a significant change in their health status or if it has been over 6 months since their last colour appointment. This test helps us identify any potential allergic reactions to the colour products we use.
-Preparation of Hair for colour: To ensure optimal colour results, please come to your appointment with clean hair free of any styling products. Additionally, it is recommended to detangle and brush out your hair to facilitate the colour application process.
Appointment Duration
- The duration of appointments varies based on the service:
- 1-3 hours for most services.
- 1-1.5 hours for a Curly Cut.
- 3+ hours for color treatments.
Photography and Promotions
- We may take pictures of your hair for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
Location
- Make sure to use google maps to guide you to the right location.
Signed Agreement
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- A signed agreement may be required to confirm your booking.
