Booking and Reservations
- We accept both card and cash payment
- We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- a non- refundable payment of 50% of the service must be made. this amount will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your appointment.

- You can conveniently cancel or reschedule online once. if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you need to provide 48 hours notice.

- less than 48 hours notice your deposit will not be refundable, and you will need required to pay another deposit to book.

Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
- A last-minute cancellation your deposit will not be refundable.
- If you anticipate running late, kindly inform us by email.

Appointment Preparation and Procedure
- To ensure a successful consultation during your appointment, we recommend the following hair prep:
- Styled in a wash’n’go, detangled.
- Avoid heavy oils, butters.
- Refrain from pulling your hair back into ponytails or clips.
- Arrive with your hair out and styled.
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a prep/detangle fee.
- We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our services.

Salon Color Service Agreement

Before booking your color appointment with us, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our salon color services:

-Strand Test (For Clients with Previous Color): it is imperative that you come in for a strand test at least 48 hours before your scheduled color appointment. This test helps us assess how your hair will react to the new color formula and ensures the best possible results for your hair, align expectations and make sure your hair is healthy for a colour service.

-Patch Test: For your safety and well-being, all clients must undergo a patch test at least 48 hours before their first color appointment with us or if there has been a significant change in their health status or if it has been over 6 months since their last color appointment. This test helps us identify any potential allergic reactions to the color products we use.

-Consultation: We highly recommend scheduling a consultation appointment before booking your color service. During the consultation, we will discuss your desired hair color, assess the condition of your hair, and determine the best approach to achieve your desired look.

-Preparation of Hair: To ensure optimal color results, please come to your appointment with clean hair free of any styling products. Additionally, it is recommended to have a slight blowout to facilitate the color application process. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the outcome of your color service.

-Color Correction Policy: In the event of dissatisfaction with the color result, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for a complimentary color correction. Any changes requested after this period may incur additional charges.

Appointment Duration
- The duration of appointments varies based on the service:
- 1-3 hours for most services.
- 1-1.5 hours for a Curly Cut.
- 3+ hours for color treatments.

Photography and Promotions
- We may take pictures of your hair for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

Location
- Make sure to use google maps to guide you to the right location.

Signed Agreement
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- A signed agreement may be required to confirm your booking.
